Welcome to Memento Funeral Stationery’s website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Memento’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘Memento Funeral Stationery' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 212 High Street West, Sunderland, Tyne & Wear,  SR1 1UA. Our company registration number is 5467923, registered in England and Wales. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Order of Service & Stationery
Prices include design and up to three photographs/images, any additional photographs will be charged for. Please call for further information 0191 500 5874. The order of service price is based on four pages, if you require more pages you will be contacted.

When ordering stationery you are agreeing to the following:

We do our best to send you the highest quality products. However, there are situations that are beyond our control. Memento is not responsible for the following:

  • Errors in spelling, punctuation, or accuracy in the text entered by the customer. Please preview any custom text carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Memento does not and will not proofread for (or correct) any such mistakes.
  • Poor quality printed images resulting from the use of low-resolution or poor quality photographs. If you are concerned about the quality of the image, please email it to and our designer will be in touch to let you know.
  • I have checked for spelling and grammar mistakes 
  • I have added all content and any additional notes in the corresponding text boxes
  • I have checked that the photos uploaded are correct 
  • I have checked the photo quality is good enough to be printed


Order your stationery and sign off the proof before 12 noon Monday – Thursday for dispatch within 24 hours. We will dispatch any orders placed on Fridays, weekends or bank holidays, the following working day. If the artwork for a bespoke design is signed off before 12 noon Monday – Thursday they will be dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery is made by our trusted courier UK Mail.

Your stationery will arrive before 5pm on the given day of delivery unless you choose the pre 10 or pre 12 delivery option. We recommend delivering direct to your Funeral Director or we can deliver to you direct or to you. If you have any queries in relation to deliveries, please contact us on 0191 500 5874.

All of our stationery is available in the following quantities of 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300. If you do require a different quantity please call 0191 500 5874 for assistance.

Amendments may be made up until sign off. If changes are made after sign off and the Order of Service has been printed and/or dispatched, the reprint charge will be 30% less than the total cost. Any amendments made after sign off to other stationery items such as bookmarks, will be charged at full price. This also applies to additional copies ordered.

If you require extra copies after the funeral service, the minimum re-order quantity is 10 copies.

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your order once it has been designed, the charge will be £40 for Order of Service and £20 for any other stationery.

You are prohibited from reproducing, photocopying or in any other way tampering with Memento’s artwork unless you have purchased a print ready PDF from our Print at Home service.

Any information you provide will only be used to contact you in the way that you have requested. We will not rent, distribute or pass on your information unless specifically required to do so by law.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line, you will only receive the information or goods for which you provided us your address.
